📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 3-5 Accounts Receivable staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Implement and optimize AR processes using tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Monitor and report on AR metrics, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AR management.
