In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order accuracy.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
