📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Provide support to the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
