📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting jobs on various job boards.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and processes.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for the HR field, particularly in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
