📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including but not limited to agreements, licenses, and partnerships.
• Provide legal advice and support on compliance matters, ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential business transactions and partners.
• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documentation, including corporate records and filings.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends that may impact our business.
• Support the legal team in managing case files and deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in commercial law or compliance.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
