In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring our clients' needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and grow key client relationships.

Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met.

Monitor and report on account performance and progress.

Provide regular updates to clients on product and service developments.

Identify and address client concerns and issues.

Participate in sales activities and business development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.

Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to travel as required.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
