As a Lead QC Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes and ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to ensure they understand and follow the quality control processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control is integrated into all aspects of the business.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure that all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality issues and prevent them from recurring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to travel as needed for quality inspections and audits.
