Prime Moon Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Passionate about supporting employee well-being and development.
