📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace programs and projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other specialists to deliver high-quality aerospace solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex aerospace programs and projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
