📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting HR-related training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to all employees and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a HR department.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.
