We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team at CV Wira Property in Indramayu, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean the kitchen equipment and workspace.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Follow recipes and instructions to produce high-quality pastries.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Help in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the kitchen's overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
