📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data as required to ensure business continuity.,Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
