📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage bookings and ensure accurate documentation
• Track and update shipment statuses
• Coordinate with operations team for seamless freight forwarding
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or freight forwarding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel for business
