📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical charts.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role is a plus.
