📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Supervise and mentor a team of branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
