📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work culture.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products and services.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven work experience in a retail environment is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and other store operations.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
