📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and materials.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points as needed.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
