📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they are error-free and meet our quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing tools and processes.,Provide support to the marketing team in creating product guides, whitepapers, and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
