Berjaya Pharmaceutical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant HR technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
