PT Otoman Melati is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing shifts, handling cash and electronic payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues that may arise.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
