📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of production operators and supervisors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
