Jaya Fajar Health Center is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter and maintain patient records, medical histories, and other relevant data in our electronic health records system.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying and cross-referencing information.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.,Generate reports and summaries of patient data as required.,Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.,Assist in data analysis and research projects as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.,Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in data management and healthcare technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management software.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
