📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the team successfully.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
