As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide management with financial reports and analyses.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and policies.,Participate in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
