In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
