📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion.,Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.,Create innovative and sustainable architectural designs that meet client needs and industry standards.,Oversee the technical aspects of design projects, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.,Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.,Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.,Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.,Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.,Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and sustainable architectural projects.,Strong understanding of local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards in Bali.,Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
