This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 9.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in planning and preparing daily menus based on customer demand and seasonal availability of ingredients.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep to ensure optimal performance.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
