🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or service management role.,Proven track record of driving growth and increasing revenue in a service-based environment.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
