HAVEN Abadi is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about infrastructure development and maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of various infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Inspect and approve construction work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or similar roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction practices and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
