📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and displays.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist with store promotions, sales, and special events.,Monitor and report store performance metrics.,Train and support junior staff members.,Handle any store maintenance or repairs as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
