📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel facilities.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and technical team to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and records.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for guest accommodation issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, including relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
