Daily, you will be involved in market research, proposal preparation, and client presentations, using tools like Salesforce and CRM systems to manage and track opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce shipping sector.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our shipping solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of shipping processes by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Use Salesforce and CRM systems to manage and track business development activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
