In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Bebiotic brand, from product development to market positioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the brand's success. This position offers a competitive salary package of IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Manage product development and innovation to meet market demands and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Oversee brand communication and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Monitor brand performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers.
• Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of successful brand development and growth.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Certification in brand management or relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
