Contract Manager - EPC Projects (Bali, Indonesia)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving project success. You will work closely with our engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer contracts for EPC projects, including EOTs and VOs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of EOTs and VOs, and to manage the approval process.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including schedules, cost reports, and performance metrics.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address contract-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular reports to project managers and senior management on contract performance and project status.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the effective management of contracts.
• Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management for EPC projects.
• Proven track record of managing EOTs and VOs for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a high level of responsibility.
