🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware and network maintenance.
- Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Suite.
