You will work closely with our shipping agents, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure that all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time. Your expertise in trade compliance will be crucial in navigating the complexities of international trade and ensuring that our operations remain smooth and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle the documentation and customs clearance process for international shipments.
• Work closely with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure accurate and timely submission of all necessary paperwork.
• Monitor and update compliance with the latest regulations and requirements of the customs authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to the shipping team on trade compliance matters.
• Ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently and in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update records and databases related to customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customs duties and taxes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of customs clearance and trade compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Trade Compliance, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Proven expertise in trade compliance and international trade regulations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the use of trade compliance software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
