Ajinomoto is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Affairs Executive to join our Corporate Engagement & CSR team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company's public image and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement corporate engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.,Manage and coordinate CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.,Represent Ajinomoto at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.,Monitor and analyze public perception and media coverage to identify opportunities and risks.,Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans that align with corporate objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate engagement and CSR.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on stakeholder engagement activities and CSR initiatives.,Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization by promoting ethical business practices and community involvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate engagement, CSR, or a similar role in a multinational company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian business environment and regulatory landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
